exfoliant

I need suggestions! I need a good body exfoliant product. I used to use The Body Shop's Cocoa Butter Body Scrub, and it's a good product, I just want to try something new.

I'm thinking about trying Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish. Have any of you tried it?

I have tried the brown sugar polish. Personally I found it to be too "sticky." I didn't like the way my skin felt after I used it. In general I'm not a big fan of sugar or salt scrubs. Sugar for the reason I just mentioned; salt because it definitely alerts you to any cuts or irritations on you. I like what I just picked up at Cleise, some weird European brand--GERnetic. It's a little pricey though, so I don't know that I would buy it again. But it seems to work while remaining gentle. Maybe you should hit the LP Fresh store and get a sample--try before you buy.

I ended up buying Neutrogena Energizing Sugar Body Scrub Fresh Citrus Scent at Target last night, just on a whim, and I used it this morning, and so far so good. It's not sticky, has a nice scent, and did a nice job. And just a few minutes ago, I ordered a jar of Te Tao Body Smoother from drugstore.com b/c I read about it somewhere. I'm looking forward to trying it out!

if your skin is tough enough then try the Bliss hot salt scrub - it'll pull off all the dead skin... i love it. it's not for the "delicate" though (jes, you should steer clear).
