Yellow is mellow
Ok Ladies...I need some more bronzer advice! I was looking at the pictures from Jes's Baby Shower (thanks for posting so quickly Christine!) and noticed that I AM PALE! I know sunlight would probably take care of that issue, but in the mean time, I'd like to rely on make up. So I have a couple of tinted moisturizers, but haven't had much skin success with it (Shiseido, Aveda) and I have a powder bronzer (Shiseido) that is ok, but matte, so it just looks like blush.
I have tried one semi-sparkly cream, I believe it's a highlighter cream from Revlon, but it has become goopy.
Btw, I have let my Lucky Magazine subscription expire so no more inside scoop. Appreciate any advice / suggestions on this one!

I use Wet'n'Wild's Bronzzer Compact. I know most of us haven't used a Wet'n'Wild product since we were pre-teens, but this product gets mentioned in all the magazines. The best part: it's under $4! It doesn't have the greatest staying power, but it adds a nice touch of color.
4 bux is worth a try. yay, i can run out to CVS today!
sorry so late on this. i have tried the wet 'n' wild bronzer, and it's a nice color. but i've noticed that if you rub it a bit too much--which is not a lot--it turns into a weird gummy "snot." is this just me?
i actually use a shimmery mineral powder blush for bronzer, made by jane so it's easy to find at walgreens. i can't remember the color, but it's bronzey enough.
i always hear things about Nars' The Multiple--like in South Beach--as a great bronzer. I see now they have a specific "Multiple Bronzer" for this purpose as well now. good luck!
I know this post is over 3 months old, but I'm hooked on a new bronzer: Stila Sun Bronzing Powder Shade 01. It has a very slight shimmer, which I love, and it has SPF 15. I also love Stila Sun Highlighter, I apply it over the bronzing powder, for more shimmer...but it's not shimmer-overkill!
