#1 eye liner
I have a new favorite eye liner, it has officially replaced my Chanel liquid liner, and it is L'Oreal Lineur Intense Felt Tip Eyeliner in Carbon Black. It is the shiz-nit. For me, what makes a great eyeliner is if it still looks the same at 5pm as it did at 7:30am, no fading, no smudging. Another plus is that it holds up pretty well after a workout (I don't put on makeup to workout, but I don't wipe off all of my makeup to workout either). Initially, I had a hard time getting used to applying it--you need a very steady hand. I consider myself quite experienced in applying liquid liner, and this liner is not as easy as the Chanel. But after a week or two I had the technique down to a science! For $8-$9, this is a winner.
p.s. I tried the brush applicator version of the Lineur Intense, and I hated it.

I love felt tip liners. I have a version by maybelline, which has great texture, but the color is not as intensely black as I'd like it to be. I've been using a waterproof crayon lately - well, when i do wear makeup - and it's probably my favorite. it's the colorstay revlon.
i think my face is just way to greasy in the summer for any make up other than a little cover up and some highlights.
This L'Oreal liner in Carbon Black is the perfect black, you should definitely try it if you're looking for a more intense black.
